Installation and Sales Experience

All of our installers and sales/business development personnel are licensed by the State of California and have undergone strict background checks to ensure our customers’ security is not compromised.  A stringent background investigation is conducted by State and Federal Agencies before security company employees can be granted a license by the State of California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services, (BSIS).  We also conduct an internal company investigation of each employee’s work history, reliability, character and trained ability to perform their individual set task/duties.  To comply with certain product/company mandated continuing education requirements, all company personnel are required to participate in additional annual training so they are up to speed with the fast paced growing technology in our industry.


Management / Corporate Staff

Richard S. Maddalena is the CEO of the company.  He had been a full time Deputy Sheriff for Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department for 32 ½ years and is still currently a Deputy Sheriff Reserve.  He has also been involved in the alarm business for over 19 years and holds all necessary licensing for the company.

Joseph F. Loven is the Operations Manager and CFO for the company in charge of the technical side of the business and is also licensed with the State of California.  He was an active duty Officer in the U.S. Coast Guard for approximately 5 years and transferred as an Officer into the U.S. Coast Guard Reserves serving approximately 7 additional years.  He has been involved in the alarm business for over 10 years.
